8 all hollows parish in the County af.d planter the ninth day of March in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred thirty and six with force and Arms [illegible] the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court tenn Hoggs of the [illegible] the goods [illegible] then and there [illegible] steal take and bear away contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good Rule and Government and against the form of the Act of assembly in such case lately made and provided &c Testes Jn.o Collins Joseph Holloway Charles Rackliffe & John Holloway Jun.r On the foregoing Indictment it was Endorsed vizt Ignoramus Alexd Lackie foreman And afterwards to witt the fifteenth day of March Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty six before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here held in the Court house at dividing Creek in and for the same County Comes the said Charles Mumford in his proper According to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security before Acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be Recorded and he and his Security discharged &c thereupon the same Charles Mumford appearance is Recorded and he and his Security Accordingly discharged from the Recognizance afd Whereupon the same Charles Mumford is ordered to give Security for the payment of the severall officers their Fee or Fees due by means of the Recognizance and Indictm.t af.d &.c Thereupon a Certain William Mumford of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the same Charles Mumford and Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of five hundred pounds of tobacco of his goods Chattells Land or tennements for the use of the severall officers of Somerset County Court (that hath a Right to any Fee or Fees upon the Recognizance and Indictm.t af.d their heirs or assignes to be made and Levied in Case the said Charles Mumford doth not pay and satisfie unto the [illegible] officers af.d their [illegible] or Fees due as af.d &c Collins John Holloway Jun.r and Joseph Holloway all Severally appear here in Court according [illegible] their Recognizances to give evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Charles [illegible] they are according discharged therefrom &c
