Manklin in the full and just sum of one hundred and twenty five pounds eighteen shillings and eight pence to be paid unto the said William Mumford Charles Mumford Thomas Mumford Jeminy Mumford and Richard Manklin their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seales and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Thomas Mumford dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of sixty two pounds nineteen shillings and four pence therefore if the abovesaid James Mumford his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of sixty two pounds nineteen shillings and four pence According to Act of assembly and the dec.d will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c James Mumford (+) Sealed and delivered} Ring W.m Turvill (+) in the psence of } 1731 W.m Wood craft (+) John Handy
