Edward Bennett in the full and just sum of seven pounds three shillings and ten pence Curr.t
money to be paid unto the said John and William Bennetts their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either
of our heir Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly
by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1737

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary
Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Edward Bennett
dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of three
pound Eleven shillings and eleven pence Curr.t money therefore if the abovesaid Eliz.a
Bennett her heirs Executors or administrators or shall and do well and truely pay or Cause
to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of three pounds eleven shillings and
eleven pence Curr.t money According to Act of assembly in equal parts when they shall
arrive at full age to receive the same &.c  Then the above obligation to be void and of
none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c                         her

Somerset sst  Know all men by these presents that we Aaron Tillman Burnall
Niblett and Edmond Beachamp all of Somerset County in
the province af.d planters are holden and firmly bound unto Benj.a Tillman Aaron
Tillman Rebeca Tillman Marnix Tillman John Tillman and Moses Tillman
in the full and just sum of seventy nine pounds six shillings Curr.t money to be paid
unto the said Benj.a Aaron Rebecca Marnix ^John^ and Moses Tillmans their heirs Ex.rs
adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we
bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole
Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 22.d
day of June Anno Dom 1737
