our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally
firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno
Dom 1737

   The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary
Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate Jonas Smith
dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of fifty two
pounds sixteen shillings and five pence Curr.t money therefore if the abovesaid Ann
Smith her heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truely pay or
Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of fifty two pounds sixteen
Shillings ^and five pence^ Currant money in equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive
at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect  Otherwise to remain
in full force and vertue &c                                                                                                         signum

Richard Ritchee bond
to McCab's orphans
Somerset County in Maryland ss.t  Know all men by these presents
that we Archibald Ritchie and Robert Collier both of Somerset County
in the province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto William MccCab's
Jesse Macabe and Bryan Maccabe orphans of Henry MccCabe in the full and just
sum of thirteen pounds one shilling and eight pence to be paid unto the said William
Jesse and Bryan MccCab's their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well
and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs
for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our
seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1737

or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans
the af.d sum of six pound ten shillings and ten pence Curr.t money in equall parts and
portions According to Act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same
