four pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Benj.a Walton the Younger his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind ourselves and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 20th day of June Anno Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Benj.a Walton dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the [illegible] seven pounds eighteen shillings and two pence Curr.t money therfore if [illegible] said Nehemiah Nock his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of thirty seven pounds eighteen shillings and two pence Curr.t money to be paid him according to Act of assembly when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c {Nehemiah Nock (+) Sealed and delivered} Geo Dashiell} {Ed Rownd (+) {Samuel Shuel (+)
