The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted
unto this Court the account of the Estate of Isaac Ingram dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due
to the abovesaid Orphans the Sum of thirty four pounds Eighteen Shillings & nine pence  Therefore if the abovesaid
John Messick his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well & truely pay or Cause to be paid
unto the abovesaid Orphans the afd Sum of thirty four pounds Eighteen Shillings and Nine pence in Equall
parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same
&.c  Then the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to remain in full force & virtue &c

Samuel Hosia bond
for Orphans Estate
 Somerset County ss in Maryland ss   
                                                       Know all men by these presents that we Samuel
Hosia Hutton Hill Jonathan Sturges all of Somerset County in
the province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto Tabitha Tar Esther Tarr [illegible]
Tarr and John Tarr in the full and just sum of eighty six pounds six shillings [illegible]
pence to be paid unto the said Tabitha Esther Mary and John Tarrs their heirs Ex.rs
adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our
selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly
and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 22d day of
June Anno Dom
