of June then next and do not answer unto Such things as shall be then & there objected against him by
the same Court ^on his Lordships behalfe^ and do not stay & abide the Judgmt of the Court thereon and in the Mean time if he is not
of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all others his good people & more Especially towards the
said Thomas Lambden then &c

                                  Be it remembred that on the 22.th Day of December Anno
Dom 1736 personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary Justices of the peace for the
County af.d to keep a Certain William Kitchen in the County af.d together with Pete
Taylor his Security that is to say the said William Kitchen in the sum of tenn pounds Curr.t
money and the said Peter Taylor in the sum of tenn pounds Curr.t money of Maryland Each
[illegible] Levied on their Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and severally for the
[illegible] said Lord proprietary his heirs and Sucessors in Case they fail in the Condition
under written

The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bound William
Kitchen do and shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March Next to
answer unto his said Lordship all such matters and things as shall be then and there
objected ag.t him by Temperance Kitchen and that in the mean time he be of the Good
behaviour towards all his Lordships Leidge people but more Especially towards Temperance
Kitchen and do not depart the Court without Leave  Then this Recognizance to be
void otherwise to be and Remain in full force and virtue   Taken before me the day
and year above                                                                                       Jn.o Scott
                               Now hereat this day to witt the fifteenth day of march anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and thirty Six Came here into Court the said William Kitchen in his proper
person and prays that his appearance may be recorded [illegible] his Security discharged therefrom
Thereupon the said William Kitchens appearance [illegible] and he and his Service
accordingly discharged &.a  Whereupon the said William Kitchen is ordered to give Security
for the Severall Officers their Fees due by occasion of [illegible] Thereupon a Certain
Peter Taylor of Somerset County planter present herein [illegible] for the said William
Kitchen for to pay the Several Officers fees due as afd [illegible] said William
Kitchen doth not pay the same &c
