5 thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take the said James Anderson if he Should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Court house in & for the Same County the third tuesday of March then ^next^ to answer unto his ^said^ Lordship of and concerning an assault by him made &.a and that thereof he Should not fail &a And afterwards the ^same^ third Tuesday of March to witt the fifteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here held in the Court house at dividing Creek in and for the Same County Comes the said James Anderson in his proper person and had a hearing of the Information afd and being Instantly demanded how he would acquitt himselfe of the trespass and assault afd above as by the Information ^above^ upon him Imposed saith that he is Guilty thereof &a Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood &a It is Considered that the afd James Anderson pay unto his Said Lordship the right [illegible] the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland for his fine by the Court here him Imposed for and by Occasion of trespass and assault afd whereof in form afd he is Convicted Five shillings Currant money of Maryland and that the Said James Anderson be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &a sher present by Francis Porter his deputy &a
his Security accordingly discharged &c Likewise a Certain Thomas Lambden (at whose Instance the said Nathaniel had been bound) being [illegible] herein Court says that the said Nathaniel may be Continued bound and for that purpose [illegible] of the peace in Common form &c Whereupon the said Nathaniel Brittingham is ordered to give new Security for his good behaviour and appearance at June [illegible] then next &c Thereupon the said Nathaniel Brittingham with Francis Porter of Somerset County planter his securitys both present herein [illegible] their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honrble [illegible] in the sum of Twenty pounds sterling each good and lawfull money of [illegible] Lands and tenements goods and Chattells of each of them to the use of his said [illegible] to be made and Levied if it Happen that the afd Nathaniel Brittingham [illegible] personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of Somerset [illegible] dividing Creek in and for the Same County the third tuesday of |
