four pence to be paid unto the said Ann Monroe and Rebecca Monroe their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Daniel Monroe dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of fourteen pounds six shillings and two pence therefore if the abovesaid Alexander Monroe his heirs Executors or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of fourteen pounds six shillings and two pence in equal parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c Sealed and delivered John Handy {Alexander Monroe (+) [illegible] Th.o Williams {R King (+) { 1731 {Solomon Long (+)
