whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and
dated this 21.st day of June Ann Dom 1737

The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath
transmitted unto this Court the acount of the Estate of W.m Fasitt dec.d wherein it is found
that there is ball due to the abovesaid persons the sum of one hundred and four pounds nine
shillings Curr.t money therefore if the abovesaid W.m Fasitt the Younger his heirs Ex.rs
or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid persons
the af.d sum of one hundred and four pounds nine shillings According to Act of assembly and the
dec.ds will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation
to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c

  Noble orphans
 Somerset County In Maryland ss.t     Know all men by these presents that Wee Susannah
Noble Isaac Noble and Lewis Dickerson all of Somerset County in the province afd planters
are holden and firmly bound unto Grace Noble and James Noble in the full & Just sum
of Sixty nine pounds ninteen Shillings ^& two pence^ Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Grace and James Noble their
heirs Executors administrators or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we
bind Our Selves Our and either of Our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally
firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1737

the abovesaid Orphans the Sum of thirty four pounds Ninteen Shillings and Seven [illegible]
Susannah Noble her heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be
paid unto the abovesaid Orphans the afd Sum of thirty four pounds Ninteen Shillings and Seven pence
according to act of assembly and the dec.d will when they Shall arrive at full age to receive the Same &c
Then the above Obligation to be void and of None Effect Otherwise to remain in full force & vertue &c
