       Katherine Gibbins
 Somerset County In Maryland ss.t    Know all men by these presents that  Wee Katherine
Gibbens William Wright and Isaac Wheeler all of Somerset
County in the province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto John
Gibbens Ezekiell Gibbens Thomas Gibbens W.m Gibbens and Ann Gibbins in the full
and just sum of one hundred and thirty seven pounds thirteen shillings and ten pence
to be paid unto the said John Ezekiell Thomas William and Ann Gibbens their heirs
Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we
bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole
Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this
22.d day of June Anno Dom 1737

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary
Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of John Gibbins
dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of
sixty eight pounds sixteen shillings and eleven pence therefore if the abovesaid
Katherine Gibbens her heirs Executors or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or
Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of sixty eight pounds sixteen
shillings and eleven pence in equall parts and portions According to Act of assembly
when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation
to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c

Whittington John Miller John Fasitt Rouse Fasitt Lambert Fasitt and W.m Fasitt in the
full and just sum sum of two hundred and eight pounds eighteen shillings Curr.t money
to be paid unto the said Rhodah Bowen Charles Rackliff Thomas Pridix Hugh Stevenson Jam.s
Rownd Southy Whittington John Miller John Fasitt Rouse Fasitt La^m^bert Fasitt and W.m
