payment well and truely to be made and done we bind ourselves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and
Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with
our seals and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1737

The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary Genll
hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate W.m Wheeler dec.d wherein it is
found that there is ball due to the above said Estate the sum of sixty five pounds one shilling
and nine pence therefore if the abovesaid Isaac Wheeler his heirs Executors or adm.rs
shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid W.m Wheeler ^the younger^ the af.d sum of
sixty five pounds one shilling and nine pence According to Act of assembly and the dec.ds
will when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation to be
void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c

Somerset County     ss.t  Know all men by these presents that wee Thomas
In Maryland             Lambden Daniel Wells and Jeremiah Carry all of
Somerset County in the province af.d planters are holden and firmly
bound unto George Bear Theodorus Bear and John Bear in the full and just sum of seventy
nine pounds eight shillings and eight pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said George Bear
Theodorus Bear and John Bear their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well
and truely to be made and done we bind ourselves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for
the whole in and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with out
seals and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1737
