Cornelius and Charles Dickerson &.c  Thereupon the said Joshua Merrill Solomon Townsend
Jun.r and Saul Townsend present herein Court as afd acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each of their Severall
bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors  If it happen that they the Said Joshua Merrill Solomon
Townsend Jun.r and Saul Townsend do not make their personall appearance before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same
County the third Tuesday of August then next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as
they know on behalfe of his Lordship against the Same Cornelius and Charles Dickerson and do
depart the Same Court without Leave &c

Likewise at the Same day a Certain Rebecca Mayo present here in Court is ordered to
give Security for her appearance at august Court Next to give Evidence on behalfe of
his Lordship against Cornelius and Charles Dickerson &c
Whereupon a Certain John Sheldon of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person
undertook for the said Mary Rebecca Mayo and acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the right
Honourable the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of five pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his
goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made &
Levied  If it happen that the Said Rebecca Mayo do not make her personall appearance before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third
Tuesday of August then next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as she doth know on behalfe of
his said Lordship against Cornelius and Charles Dickerson and do depart the Same Court without Leave &c


Nathaniel Brittingham appears herein Court according to accertain recognizance by him and his Security
first acknowledged and he and his security accordingly discharged &c


Solomon Riggin appears here in Court according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security first
acknowledged for his good behaviour and thereupon he and his Security is accordingly discharged therefrom

in Maryland                  Samuel Dorman and W.m Stevens all of Somerset County in
the province af.d planters are holden and firmly bound unto William Wheeler
in the full and just sum of one hundred and thirty pounds three shillings and six pence to be
paid unto the said William Wheeler his heirs Executors admrs or assignes to the which pa
