the same sheriff and made Return that he had done the Execution of the Judgment af.d as to the Corporall
punishment af.d he was Commanded &c  Whereupon the said Eleanor Mahony is ordered by the Court to give
Security for to Save and keep Endemnified the Justices of Somerset County and their Successors from all Costs Charges
and burthens that Might accrew by means of the birth of the Child afd &c  thereupon a Certain John Shehon of the
the County afd planter present herein Court undertook for the same Eleanor Mahony and acknowledged himselfe
Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord Proprietary in the sum of thirty pounds stergling
good and Lawfull money of England of his body goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of the Justices
afd and their Successors to be made and Levied  If it happen that the Said Eleanor Mahony her heirs Executors &
Administrators or any of them do and Shall not from time to time and at all times hereafter acquit discharge &
Save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County afd and their Successors for the time being as also the Inhabitants
of the said County of and from all Costs Charges troubles and Incumbrances whatsoever for or by reason of
the birth maintainance Nourishing and bringing up of the said Child and of and from all other Suits Charges
troubles and demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the Same &c

    Whereupon at the prayer of George Dashiell of Somerset County Gent on behalfe of William
Dulany Master of the said Eleanor Mahony for to make him Satisfaction for the trouble & Charge he was at
in the time of her the Said Eleanor Mahony's Lying in and for the Expences and Charges on the Indictmt afd &c
   
    And upon Mature deliberation by the Court on the premisses had &c  The said Eleanor Mahony is
adjudged by the Court here to Serve the Said William Dulany his heirs or assignes the full term of one
whole year and a halfe to Commence from the day of the date of these presents which said year & a halfe
Service so as afd adjudged by the Court is deemed to be full Satisfaction for all Costs Charges & troubles
that the said William Dulany was at at the time of the Said Eleanor Mahonys Lying in as also for all
the Costs and Charges on the prosecution above &c

 Now here at to witt the Twenty first day of June one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty Seven before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now
here held at dividing Creek Came the Said Joshua Merrill Solomon Townsend
Jun.r and Saul Townsend in their proper persons and prays that their appearance
may be recorded and they discharged from the recognizance afd  thereupon the appearance of the said Joshua Merrill
Solomon Townsend Jun.r and Saul Townsend ^appearance^ is recorded and they accordingly discharged from the recognizance afd

       Whereupon the Said Joshua Merrill Solomon Townsend Jun.r and Saul Townsend is ordered to give new
    recognizance for their appearances at august ^Court^ next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against
