49 the term afd shall and will Learn his said apprentice the trade of a hous Carpenter and fifteen months schooling and at the Expiration of his servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for such an apprentice to have & wear during the term afd thereupon the said George Bennett is ordered to give Security for to Comply with the Covenants afd &c Whereupon the said George Bennett with George Dashiell of Somerset County Gent his security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Cornelius Lynch the Younger in twenty pounds Sterling Good and Lawfull money of England of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of the said Alexander Lynch the Younger his heirs and assigns If it happen that the said George Bennett do not during the term afd Learn his said apprentice the trade of a house Carpenter and Give him fifteen months schooling and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not LIkewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for such an apprentice to have & wear during the term afd &c
Court makes Choice of the said Thomas Willian as his Guardian &.c Whereupon it is ordered by the the Court here that a Certain Robert Austin deliver up unto the afd Guardian all the Estate of the said John Fowler that he hath in his hands and possession both reall & personall peaceably ^and^ quietly &c and that the said Thomas Willian Give Security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &c Thereupon the said Thomas Willian with Underwood Rencher of Somerset County planter his Security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said John Fowler in One hundred pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England Joyntly and Severally of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the use of the said John Fowler to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Thomas William do not Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardianships as afd and do not deliver up unto the said John Fower all his Estate both real and personall [that he shall take into his hands and possession] peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally required &c |
