Allen Francis Porter and John Sheldon all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute
the same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c


Lucey a negro Girle of James Train is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of thirteen
Years this term &c


Sarah a negro Girle of James Train is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of thirteen

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the
petition of John Larrimore most humbly Sheweth
That your petitioner is possest with a negro woman named Sibl who has been very much disabled
in her Limbs this Severall years so that she is of noe Service to your petitioner  therefore your
petitioner prays your worships will be pleased to set her tax free for the future or still such
time as she is recovered and he as in duty bound will pray

       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it is Considered that the afd John Larimore be discharged from paying
of taxes for the future as afd is praid &c


William Pointer
       petn
          To the worshipfull Court of Somerset County whereas your
petitioner by Extraordinary Sickness and tedious afflictions am thereby
rendered a Cripple and unable to help my selfe not able to take of my Cloaths or take
any Care of my family being obliged to walk on my knees and at times noe use of my hands

    these are humbly to pray your worships to receive your petitioner from paying Taxes
and not only so but your petitioner humbly beggs what allowance your worships
may think proper to bestow on your poor Indigent petitioner in order to Support
him and his family untill such time that it may please God to make me Capable of doing
it my Selfe and your petitioner cheerfully shall ever pray   W.m Pointer

       The petitioner afd being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore it is Considered
that the afd William Pointer be for the future Tax free as by the petition afd is praid
&c
