              June Court            1737                    47

of Nicholas Evans son and heir of the said John Evans to which said Nicholas the said Ann is mother &
Guardian in sorage sheweth that whereas the said Nicholas is seized in Fee by descent from his said father
John Evans of and in one tract of Land Called ^rue Land one tract of Land Called^ Troy and ^one^ other Tract of Land Called Fox whole all which
Lands are Scituate upon wickacomoco River in the said County of Somerset the bounds of which said
tracts of Land are some what uncertaine and the bounders decaying and the Wittnesses that Can prove
the Same very ancient  Your petitioners therefore ^humbly^ pray  In behalfe of the said Infant that Commissioners
may be appointed by this Court to Examine and take depossitions in relation to the bounds of
the said Severall tracts of Land to perpetuate the Memory of the Same according to the directions of the
act of assembly in Such Case Lately made and provided and your petitioners as in duty bound shall pray
&c
                                       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon made   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the
aforesaid Alexander Lackie and Ann his wife as by the petition afd is praid  And that John MccClester
John Leatherbury Day Scott and Thomas Winder all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute
the same Commissioners according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c


Samuel Parker
           petn
            To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court the Humble petition
of Samuel Parker Sheweth that your petitioner is at present in possession of
a tract of Land Called Parkers Adventure he therefore beggs your worships will be pleased to appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences in order to perpetuate the Boundarys of the said Land and your
petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the afd Samuel Parker as by the petitioner afd
praid and that Edw.d Rownd Edm.d Hough John Dennis Sen.r and Abraham Owten all of the County
Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case
provided &c


Capt John Gale appointed by the Court Overseer of the Roads in Nanticoke hundred in Stead of Thomas Ralph
for the Ensuing Year &c


Kirke Gunby and Charles Roach appointed Overseer of the Roads in Annamessex hundred for the Ensuing
Year in Stead of William Coleburn Jun.r & Charles Roach &c


Thomas Robins and Peter Collier appointed overseers of the Roads in Baltemore hundred in Stead of
William Waltom and Isaac Marshall for the Ensuing Year &c
