Somerset County ss
                                     Att a Court of the Right Honrble Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the
provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c held for Somerset County in the Court house
at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of June to witt the Twenty first day of the same
month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven by the said Lord proprietary his
Justices the peace in the Same County to keep assigned of whom were present

                                     Whereupon the Court being Called and Proclamation made the Sheriffe of Somerset
County to witt Joseph Macclester Gent makes return of a pannell of orphans Jurors here according
to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided as followeth viz.t  William Holland Walter
Darby Samuel Shewell Robert Collier William Porter David Hudson George Howard James
Mumford Hugh Caldwell John Roberts George Bozman Mathew Kemp William Polk Wm
Laws Charles Curtis Lewis Disharoon   And thereupon proclamation being made in Common form
&c  the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being Severally Called Over by their Names do appear as
above and thereupon they were Sworn and Charged to Enquire according to act of assembly in such
Case provided and sent out to Consider &c  soon after the orphan Jurors afd being Impannelled Sworn &
Charged as afd return here into Court and Severall Called over appear and being asked if they had agreed on
any presentments answered noe thereupon they are discharged &c

     To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the
humble petition of Edmond Dickerson Jun.r Sheweth that your petitioner being
desirous to have the bounders of a Certain Tract of Land Called Limbrick scituate Lying and
being in the County afd Settled humbly prays that your worships will Grant Such Order to Such
persons as in your wisdom you Shall think ^fitt^ to ascertain the Bounders of the said Land
according to the Law in such Cases directs and your worships petitioner as in duty bound
Shall ever pray &c                           the petition afd being read and heard and fully understood
Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Commission Issue to the aforesaid
Edmond Dickerson Jun.r as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that John Scott Francis
