     Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take
John Bishop Late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his
bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third
Tuesday of March then next to satisfie unto Littleton Townsend of two Thousand Eight hundred
and twenty three pounds of tobacco which to the Same Littleton in the Same Court before the Same
Justices at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of a Certain promise
and assumption to the Same Littleton by the afd made and not performed whereof he is Convict
&c      Att Which day here came before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at
dividing Creek Came the said Littleton Townsend in his proper person and the Sheriffe of the County afd to witt
Joseph MccClester Gent Returned that he had taken the afd John Bishop whose body here at this day he had
ready as by the writt afd he was Commanded &c


               The Court adjourns untill the Third Tuesday of June Anno Dom 1737
