  Richard Goslee
   Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take Richard Goslee
if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he Should have
his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court
  house at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and thirty six to satisfie Joshua Caldwell of Four hundred and thirty three pounds
of tobacco which sum was Recovered against him before Geo Dashiell and Thomas Gillis Gen.t two
of his Lordships Justices of the peace in the County af.d According to Act of assembly in such case made
and provided with twenty two pounds of tobacco additionall Costs whereof he is Convict &c   Att which
day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said
Joshua Caldwell in his proper person and the sheriff of the County af.d to witt Joseph MccClester
Gen.t returned that he had taken the af.d Richard Goslee whose body here at this day he had
ready as by the writt af.d he was Commanded   And the same sheriff at the same day altho' Solemnly
Called brings not in here the body of the said Richard Goslee according to the Return of the writt
af.d but makes default &c

 Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take John
Crapper Late of Somerset County planter al.s dict John Crapper of the County and
province abovesaid planter if he should be found in his Bailywick and him
should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court
of Somerset to be held in the Court house at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of March
anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six to satisfie Wrixham Crapper as well a Certain
debt of Twenty pounds Maryland Currency which the same Wrixham in the Same Court before the Justices thereof
at dividing Creek afd recovered against him as of four hundred and Seventy five pounds of tobacco which to
the Same Wrixham in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention
of that same debt whereof the same John is Convict &c   att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said Wrixham Crapper by Francis Allen his
attorney and the Sheriffe of the County afd returned that he had the afd John whose body here at
this day he had ready as by the writt afd he was Commanded

so that he might have is body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held
in the Court house at dividing Creek in the same County the third Tuesday of march anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and thirty six to satisfie W.m Teague ^as well^ of a Certain Debt of Twenty ^four^ pounds Curr.t money of this
province which the same William in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd recovered
