of tobacco which sum was recovered against him before George Dashiell and Thomas Gillis Gent two of his
Lordships Justices of the peace in the County aforesaid according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided
with twenty two pounds of tobacco additional Costs whereof he is Convict &c

    Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said
Joshua Caldwell in his proper persona nd the Sheriffe of the County afd to witt Joseph Macclester Gent Return'd
that he had taken the afd Richard Goslee whose body here at this day he had ready as by the writt afd he was Commanded
and the said sheriffe at the same day altho' Solemnly Called brings not in his ^here^ the body of the said Richd
Goslee according to the return of the writt afd but makes default &c

William Davis
  Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take William Davis
if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he should have
his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court house
at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and thirty six to satisfie Joshua Caldwell of one hundred and nine pounds of tobacco which sum was recovered
against him before George Dashiell and Thomas Gillis Gen.t two of his Lordships Justices of the peace
in the County af.d according to Act of assembly in such Case made and provided with twenty two pounds of
tobacco additionall Costs whereof he is Convict &c

       Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came
the said Joshua Caldwell in his proper person and the sheriff of the County af.d to witt Joseph Macclester
Gen.t Returned that he had taken the af.d William Davis whose body here at this day he had ready as by
the writt af.d he was Commanded and the said sheriff at the same day altho' Solem^n^ly Called beings not in
here the body of the said William Davis according to the return of the writt af.d but makes default &c
