41 afd damages above Convicted or not who said that he be Therefore the same Henry is Committed to the prison of the County afd to be by the afd sheriff safely kept there to remaine untill the afd Thomas of the debt and damages afd be contented & satisfied &c the said Sheriffe by Daniel Cordery being present took Charge of the same Henry accordingly &c
house at dividing Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of March ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty Six to Satisfie Thomas Fletcher as well a Certain debt of four thousand and seventy six pounds of good sound Merchantable tobacco and Cask which the same Thomas in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd recovered against him as of Two hundred and ninty nine pounds of tobacco which to the Same Thomas in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that Same debt whereof he is Convicted &c Att which day here came the afd Thomas Fletcher by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County returned that he had taken the afd Patrick Connelly whose body here at this day he had heready as by the writt afd he was Commanded &c
Court of Somerset to be held In the Court hous at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of March ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six to satisfie Thomas Selby as well a Certain debt of Seventeen pounds which to the same Thomas in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd recovered against him as of four hundred and Twelve pounds of tobacco which to the same Thomas in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Co^n^victed &c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said Thomas Selby in his proper person and the sheriff of Somerset County afd returned that he had taken the aforesaid John Bishop whose body here at this day he had here ready as by the writt afd he was Commanded &c
