 Command was given to the Coroners of Somerset County that they Should take Thomas Lambden
Late of Somerset County merchant Otherwise Called Thomas Lambden merch.t of the County afd if he
should be found in their bailywicks and him should safe keep so that they might have his body
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court house at dividing Creek
the third Tuesday of March ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six to Satisfie Joseph MaClester
sher as well a Certain debt of Eight thousand pounds of good Sound Merchantable Leafe tobacco in Cash which
the same Joseph in the Same Court before the Justices at dividing Creek afd recovered against him as of three
hundred and Eighty One pounds of tobacco which to the same Joseph in the Same Court were adjudged for his
damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that Same debt whereof the same Thomas Lambden
is Convicted &c  and that thereof they Should not fail &c  Att which day here Came the said Joseph MaClester
by George Douglas his attorney and the Coroners of the Same County to witt W.m Lane & Henry Ballard
Gent returned that they had taken the afd Thomas Lambden whose body here at this day they have here ready
as to them afd it was Commanded &c

Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take Henry
Wingate Late of Somerset County planter Otherwise Called Henry Wingate of Dorchester
County planter if he Should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that
he Should have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held In the
Court house at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred & thirty Six to Satisfie Thomas Watkins as ^well^ a Certain debt of Twelve hundred and Eight
pounds of tobacco which the Same Thomas in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek
afd recovered against him as of One hundred and Eighty Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same
Thomas in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of the same
debt whereof the same Henry Wingate is Convicted &c at which day here Came the Sheriff of Somerset
County to witt Joseph Macclester Gent and returned that by virtue of the writt afd he had taken the aforesaid
Henry Wingate and the same Henry to the Barr here being Ledd by the said sheriff and by the Court here
being asked whether he be the person of the same Henry which the afd Tho.s as well in the debt afd as in the
