before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of August then next following  And do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning
of his Committing of fornication with a Certain Eliz.a Porter and do not stand and abide the Judgmt of the
Court thereupon and do depart the same Court without Leave &a

Somerset County ss.t  The Jurors for the Right Honourable the
Lord Proprietary that now is for the body of Somerset County af.d
upon their oath do present that Richard Jones late of Stepney parish
in the County af.d Planter the twentieth day of May in the year of our Lord
God one thousand seven hundred thirty and six at the Parish af.d in the County
within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Commit fornication with a Certain
Elizabeth Longo and of her body then and there had Carnall knowledge
and a bastard Child on the body of her the same Eliz.a Longo then and there
did begett to the high displeasure of almighty God to the evil example
of all others in such case offending Contrary to the peace of the said Lord
Proprietary that now is good rule and government and against the form
of the act of assembly in such case lately made and provided &a
Test Eliz.a Longo            one the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was Endorsed Billa Vera Rob.t

within the Jurisdiction of this Court did committ fornication with a Certain Sarah
Treuitt and of her body then and there had Carnal Knowledge and a basterd Child
on the body of her the same Sarah Trewitt then and there did begett to the high
displeasure of almighty God to the evil example of all others in such cast offending
Contrary to the peace of the said Lord Proprietary that now is his good rule
and Government and against the form of the act of assembly in such case
lately made and provided      Test Sarah Trewitt    on the foregoing bill of
Indictment it was endorsed Billa Vera Rob.t Jones foreman
