The above actions were Entered agreed on the Tryall Dockett for June Court 1738 You John Nicholson James Nicholson and Joseph Nicholson do Confess Judgmt to Argulus Williams for the Sum of Two pounds Curr.t money of Maryland which Sum was Recovered by the said Argulus ^Williams^ against John Nicholson on the 22d day of aprill Last past before the worshipfull John Smith the said Two pounds to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said Argulus Williams in Case the said John Nicholson shall not pay to the said Argulus Williams the Said two pounds so as afd recovered against him with the aditionall Costs there on on the tenth day of February next Aug.t ye 7.th 1738 Witness Jam.s Martin The Court adjourns untill the third Tuesday of August Ann Dom 1738 |
