said Elizabeth Sangster in her proper person and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that there was
not any Legall representative to receive the said Estate &a   Therefore the said Eliz.a Sangster is discharged by
the Court here from giving any Security for the afd ballance &a


John Bowen Executor of William Bowen dec.d being Sumoned to appear at this Court to give Security for the
Ballance of the Estate of We the said William Bowen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and
provided &.a   Now here at this day Came the said John Bowen in his proper person and for as much as
the said John Bowen did make it appear to the Satisfaction of the Court here that he had paid away
all the Estate as given to the severall Legatees and representatives pursuant to the decds will &a
Therefore the Said John Bowen is discharged by the Court here from giving any Security for the
aforesaid ballance &a


Maryland ss.t  These are to Certifie that before me the subscriber one of the Lord Proprietarys
Justices of the peace for the County of Somerset Came Lazerow Maddox
and took the severall oaths to the Government and allso signed the oath of Abjuration
and Test and at the same time took the oath of a vestery man for the parish
of Somerset in the County and province af.d given under my hand this 6.th day

Alexander Brown
 Alexander Brown Late of Somerset County planter personally appeared here in Court

according to ^a^ Certain Recognizance by him & his Security before acknowledged and
                      prays that his appearance may be recorded & he and his security discharged  thereupon the
said Alexander Browns appearance is recorded and he and his security accordingly discharged

       Whereupon the said Alexander Brown is ordered to give new security for his appearance
at August Court next to answer his Committing of fornication with a Certain Eliz.a Porter &a

       Thereupon the Said Alexander Brown with Tirrill Brown his Security both present herein
Court in the proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordships the Lord
Proprietary of the Province of Maryland in ten pounds sterling Each of their goods and Chattles
Lands and tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordships his heirs and
successors   If it happen that the said Alexander Brown do not make his personall appearance
