       The petition afd being read & heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
that the afd Willm Shahey be allowed six pounds Curr.t money in the Laying of the
Levey at November Court Court Next towards the Support of his wife afd &a

County af.d Elias Pointer and John Bishop shew that
your petitioner prays that the petition hereto annexed to his Excellency
the Governour of Maryland may be read and Considered by your Worships
and the truth of the same certifyed to his Excellency and petitioners
shall pray      The petition afd being read and heard   Wherefore it is Considered
that the af.d pet.n to his Excellency the Governour be Certified as ^afd is^ praid &a


Elizabeth Rhoads Executrix of Timothy Rhoads being Sumoned to appear at this Court
to give Security for the Ballance of the Said Timothy Rhoads Estate according to act of
Assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a  Now here at this Day Came the said
Eliz.a Rhoads in her proper person and for as much as it doth appear to the Court
here that the afd Timothy Rhoads had given all the Estate to the afd Eliza Duning
her Naturall Life &a   therefore the said Eliz.a Rhoads is discharged by the Court here from
giveing any Security for the afd Ballance &a


Aaron Tillman Ann Gibbens and Thomas Gibbens being Sumoned to appear at this Court to give
Security for the ballance of a Certain John Gibbons dec.d according to act of assembly in Such
Case made and provided &a  Now here at this day Came the said Aaron Tillman Ann Gibbons
and Thomas Gibbons in their proper persons and for as much as it doth appear to the Court
here that the afd John Gibbons dec.d had given all his Estate to the afd Ann Gibbons his Exrx
&a   Therefore the said Aaron Tillman Ann Gibbons and Thomas Gibbons are discharged from
giving any Security for the afd Ballance &a


    Eliz.a Sangster being Sumoned to give security for the Ballance of the Estate of John Wood Craft
dec.d according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a  Now hereat this day Came the
