306 Ordered that James Cherricks be allowed four pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland he bringing in the second best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a Ordered that Mad.m Mary Hampton be allowed three pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland she bringing in the third and Last best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &a Ordered that Capt John Scott agree with some person or persons to keep a Certain Mary Wood an Object and find and provide for her all Such Necessarys as may be Sufficient to Support her in her poor ^Languishing^ Condition by Cloathing provisions washing Lodging and all other Necessarys as may be Sufficient to Support her in her poor deplorable Condition untill Novem Court next and that he she or they be allowed for the same and further it is ordered that Robert Mitchell deliver up unto the said Mary Wood or her order all her Cloathing that he hath of hers in his hands and possession Lett it be of what sort soever without further trouble &a Ordered that Mary Baker wife of John Baker be allowed after the rate of five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland p year for the keeping of Solomon Tillman an Object In Consideration that she find him sufficient meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing and all other Necessarys meet for Such an Object to have & ware p year and that the said five pounds be allowed to Capt James Martin for the Use of the said Mary Baker &a Ordered that M.rs Eliz.a Waters keep a Certain Terrence Gallaspie a person very much afflicted with an Extraordinary Malady and find and provide for him all Such Necessarys as may be Sufficient for Such a person in such Extremity and she produceing her reasonable account thereof at November Court next and she to be allowed for the Same &a
hand of providence with the Country distemper and has spent all his substance and Remains Greatly in debt to doctors and still his Languishing wife very little if any thing at all the Better your poor petitioner humbly prays a Charitable Relife or undoublty his poor wife ^will^ perish for want |
