July before me the said one hundred pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your
bodys goods or Chattles Land or tennements for the use of the said Saul Townsend
in Case the said Solomon Otwell shall not pay and satisfie to the
said Saul Townsend the said one hundred pounds of tobacco so as af.d
Recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth
day of February Next   taken before me the 18.th day of July 1738

Ordered that John Denston ^and Fran Harper^ Recover against Peter Stewart Two hundred and tenn
pounds of tobacco ^Each^ being due unto them for their attendance Seven days ^Each^ as an Evidences on
behalfe of the said Peter Stewart against William Dukes they having made oath to the
same &a


Ordered that Joseph Morris Recover against John Leatherbury Ninety pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of
the Said John Leatherbury against James Collett he having made Oath to the Same &a


Ordered that Josephas Potter Recover against Samuel Adams Ninety pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said
Samuel Adams against William Gray he having made Oath to the same &a


Ordered that William Stephens Recover against John Evans Four hundred and
Twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Fourteen days as an Evidence
on behalfe of the Said John Evans against Peter Taylor he having made Oath to
the Same &a


Ordered that Henry Reynolds recover against Abraham Owten Ninety pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of
the Said Abraham Owten against Richard Hubbart he having made Oath to the
Same &a


Ordered that Capt Edward Rownd be allowed five pounds Curr.t Money he
bringing in the best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case
