You John Cordrey James Collins and Samuel Jackson do Confess Judgment to Col Levin
Gale for Twenty Two Bushells and one peck of Indian Corn and five shillings Curr.t money
which sum was Recovered by the said Coll Levin Gale against John
Cordery on the 18.th day of March last before John Handy one of the Lord Proprietarys
Justices of the peace for Somerset County the said twenty two Bushels and
one peck of Indian Corn and five shillings Currt money to be levied of your
bodies goods and Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said Coll Levin
Gale in Case the said John Cordery shall not pay and satisfie to the said Coll
Levin Gale the said twenty two bushells and one peck of Indian Corn
and five shillings Currt money soe as af.d Recovered against him with the
additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of Febry Next Taken before us
the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Somerset County
this 19.th day of May 1738                                                John Handy

You William Kitchen Littleton Townsend and Bruff
Broughton do Confess Judgment to Wonney Macclemmey for
the sum of one pound nineteen shillings and three pence in
Gold which sum was Recovered by the said Wonney Macclemmey
against William Kitchen on the eighteenth day of November ^Anno^ 1737 before
Edward Rownd one of his Lordships Justices for the County of Somerset to be levied
of your bodies goods or Chattles Land or tenements for the use of the said Wonney
Macclemmey in Case the said William Kitchen shall not pay and satisfie
to the said Wonney Macclemmey one pound nineteen shillings and three
pence in Gold so as af.d Recovered against him with the additionall
Costs thereon on or before the tenth day of Febrry next   acknowledged
