he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at deviding Creek in the same County the third tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty eight to satisfie Joseph Macclester as well a Certain debt of eight thousand pounds ^of tobacco^ which the same Joseph in our same Court before His Lordships Justices at deviding Creek af.d Recovered against him as of Four hundred and twenty seven pounds of Tobacco which to the same Joseph in our same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &a and the same day is given to the af.d Joseph there &.a Att which day here Came as well the af.d Joseph Macclester by Francis Allen his attorney and the sherriffe of Somerset County to witt John Henry Gent at the same day here returned that he ad taken the af.d Donnock Dennis whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Joseph Macclester of the debt and damages as af.d he was Commanded &a
