297 satisfie to the said Joseph Macclester the said nineteen hundred and twenty six pounds of tobacco so as af.d Recovered against him with the additional Costs thereon on the tenth day of February next Tho: Williams Geo: Dashiell
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at deviding Creek in the same County the third tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty eight to satisfie William Nelson Ex.r of the testament and Last will of Hugh Nelson as well a Certain Debt of one hundred pounds Currt money of Maryland which the same William Nelson in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at deviding Creek before the Justices thereof Recovered against him as of five hundred and thirty five pounds of tobacco which to the same William in our same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &a and the same day is given to the af.d William there &a Att which day here Came the said William Nelson by George Douglas his attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Henry Gent at the Same Day here returned that he had taken the afd William Porter whose body he had here ready to Satisfie the afd William Nelson of the debt and damages afd as afd he was Commanded &a
