assembly &.a  whereupon for that it Seems to the Court here that the said John Russell has
Complyed with the Law as alledged;            Therefore it is Considered that the afd
John Russell recover against the afd Isarell Holland and Esther his wife admrx of
the afd John Harristoy as well the Sume of two thousand four hundred pounds of
tobacco his damages by occasion of the premisses afd as all Costs and Charges in this behalfe
about his suit laid out and Expended by way of attachment against the goods
Chattells and Creditts of the Said John Harristoy according to act of assembly in Such
Case Made and provided &a

Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County
that he should take Allot Spalding Late of
Somerset County Marriner otherwise Called Allot
Spalding of Calvart County Marriner if he should
be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might
have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at deviding Creek in the same County third tuesday
of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty eight to satisfie
James Russell of Prince Georges County and M.r John Buchanan
of London Merchant as well a Certain debt of one hundred twenty one
pounds eleven shillings good and Lawfull of great brittian which the
same James and John in his Lordships County Court of Somerset to
be held at deviding Creek before the Justices thereof recovered against
him as of two hundred and ninety seven pounds of tobacco which to the
same James and John were adjudged for their damages which they
had by occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict
&a and the same day is given to the Same James and John there &.a

    Att which day here Came into Court as well the afd James & John by Charles Goldsborough their
attorney as the afd Allot Spolding in his proper person and the ^same^ afd Allot being by the sher
Led to the Barr by vertue of the writt afd to the same Sheriffe directed   and the Same Allot
