281 the same William the fourteenth day of January Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and four at Somerset County af.d by Nehemiah King Gentleman deputy Commissary of the same County legally admitted and qualifyed in due forme of Law was comitted Craftily and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the same sum of money or any part thereof unto the same William and Catherine hath not rendred but that unto them to render altogether hath refused and that unto the same Catherine to render still doth refuse altho' that do the af.d Richard afterwards to witt the tenth day of April in the year seventeen hundred thirty and three by the af.d William and by the af.d Catherine the first day of June Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and five at Somerset County af.d was required to the damage of the same Catherine ten pounds Currt money and one thousand pounds of tobacco and thereupon she brings suit and bringeth into Court the Letters of administration af.d which testify the Commission of the administration af.d in forme af.d Pledges &a J: Doe & R Roe
