hath it and the Same day is given to the aforesaid Catherine here also &a

          Att which day here Came againe as well the afd Catherine as the aforesaid Richard
by their attorneys aforesaid  And whereupon the said Richard prays further Leave
thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court to be held at dividing Creek
in and for the County afd the third Tuesday of March then next following and
he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd Catherine here also &a

by their attorneys af.d and Whereupon the said Richard prays
further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court to
be held at deviding Creek in and for the County af.d the third tuesday
of June then next following and he hath it and the same day is
given to the af.d Catherine here also &.a

    Att which day here came againe as well the af.d Catherine as the af.d
Richard by their attorneys af.d and Whereupon the said Richard
as before defends the force and Injury when &a and says that he did
not assume upon himself in manner and form as the said Catherine
above against ^him^ hath complained and of this he puts himself upon
the Country      And the Plft in like manner         And the af.d
Richard by leave of the Court here and according to the form of
the statute in that Case lately made and provided further says
that the said Catherine her action af.d thereof against him the
said Richard to have and maintain ought not because he says that
he the said Richard at any time within three years before the originall
writt of her the said Catherine against him the said Richard in
this part impetrated did not assume upon himself in such manner and
form as the said Catherine above him hath complained and this he is
ready to verify wherefore he prays Judgment if the said Catherine
her accon af.d against him to have and Maintain ought &.a
