Last November term (according to the form of the Statute in that Case lately made and provided
did Submitt a Certain matter ion the said Court depending between them by means of his Lordships
writ of attachment levied at the suit of the said William MccClemmey against the said Thomas
Grays goods in the hands of the said John Evans as Garnishee of the said Thomas Gray and we
having pursuant to such Submission taken upon us the determination of the premisses
doe award that the said John Evans doe pay to the said William MccClemmey the sum of four
pounds ten shillings Currt money of Maryland and the full expences of suit of the said William from
the teste of the original writ to the finishing of the said suit to be ascertained ^by the^ taxation of the Clerk
of Somerset County Court Witness our hands this fifteenth day of March Anno Dom seventeen
hundred thirty and six   Geo Douglas Rob.t Jenckins Henry

    Which being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon had

    Therefore it is Considered that the afd Sum of four pounds ten Shillings Current money of Maryland
by the arbitrators afd found be Condemned in the hands of the said John Evans as of the rights
and Creditts of the afd Thomas Gray towards Satisfying unto the Said William MccClemmey his debt
due from the said Gray also it is Considered that the said William MccClemmey recover against the
aforesaid John Evans Two hundred & Eighteen                                                    pounds of tobo
to his Costs and Charges by the Court here of his assent adjudged and that the afd William have thereof
^his^ Execution according to act of assembly in Such Case provided &c

Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should take
William Gray Late of ^Stepney parish in^ Somerset County al.s dict William Gray of
Somerset County in the province of Maryland planter if he Should be
found in his bailywick and him should Safe keep so that he Should have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court house at dividing Creek in
the Same County the third tuesday of August Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty
Six to answer unto Isaiah Bredell of a plea that he render unto him Seventy pounds of Lawfull
Curr.t money of Maryland which to him he Owes & unjustly detaines &c and that thereof he should
fail &c      And hereupon the said Isaiah Bredell declared against the said William Gray in
the plea afd in form following   Somerset County ss   William Gray late of Stepney parish in
Somerset County planter al.s dict William Gray of Somerset County in the province ^of^ Maryland planter
