hands you make the same attachment that he she or they be and appear before our Justices
of our County Court to be held as af.d to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same
goods Chattells Rights or Creditts so attached in his her or there hands ought not to be Condemned
and Execution thereof had and made According to Act of assembly in such
Case made and provided) if to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute
this Writt that you make known unto our said Justices at the day and place af.d and have
you then and there this Writt Wittness Rob.t King Gent Chief Justice of our said Court
the nineteenth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty six

    Att which said Third Tuesday of August then next here Came the said William MccClemmy
by George Douglas his attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to witt Joseph MccClester
Gent at the Same day returned that he had attached in the hands of a Certain John Evans
as the goods and Chattells of the afd Thomas Gray so the value of Seven pounds Seven
Shillings and Eleven pence Curr.t money of Maryland and thirteen hundred pounds of tob.o
and that by Christopher Piper & John Doe honest and Lawfull men of his bailywick
he had made known unto the said John Evans that he be and appear at the same day
and place abovesaid as by the precept afd he was Commanded

       And the aforesaid John Evans Garnishee of the afd Thomas Gray by Robert Jenckins
Henry his attorney Comes and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the third Tuesday
of November then next and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd William
Macclemmey here also &c

       Att which day here Came againe as well the afd William MccClemmey as the afd John Evans
Garnishee as afd and whereupon the dispute in this action is by the Court and Consent of the
parties afd referred to George Douglas and Robert Jenckins Henry Gent according to the
form of the Statute and they to return their award in the premisses to the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court house at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of
March then next following as the ^same^ Justices may proceed ^thereof^ to Judgment & the same day is given
the afd William John there &c

       Att which day here Came againe as well the afd William MccClemmey as the afd John Evans
Garnishee as afd by their attorneys afd and at the Same day the said George Douglas and Rob.t
Jenckins Henry ^Gent^ sent their award in the premisses afd in form following   Whereas William
Macclemmey and John ^Evans as^ Garnishee of Thomas Gray by rule of Somerset County Court made
