Sadler if he Should be found in his bailywick and him Should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of March ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven to answer unto John Leatherbury of a plea that he render unto him Seventy pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland which to him he Oweth and Unjustly detaineth &a and the same day is given to the afd John Leatherbury there also &a Att which day here before his Lordships Justices at a Court then held at dividing Creek in the County afd Came the afd John Leatherbury by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and the sher to witt John Henry Gent returned here that the afd James Collett was not found in his bailywick By which then and There as before Comand was to the same Sheriffe of Somerset County that he take the afd James Collett if &.a and him safe keep &a so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Eight to answer the afd John of the afd Plea &.a and hereupon the same John Declared against the afd James in the plea afd in form following viz.t Somerset sst James Collett Late of Somerset County Sadler otherwise called James Collett of the parish of Stepney and County of Somerset Sadler was summoned to answer unto John Leatherbury of a plea that he render under him seventy six pounds Currt money of Maryland which to him he oweth and unjustly Detaineth &.a And |
