275 Maryland to be paid unto the said James Hill Mary Hill ^Ann Hill^ Eliz.a Hill Esther Hill and Thomas Hill their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Ann Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Thomas Hill dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the above said orphans the sum of Twenty five pounds fifteen shillings and seven pence Curr.t money therefore ^if^ the abovesaid Eliz.a Hill Solomon Heatch and Nathaniel Wallor their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay unto the above said orphans the sum of Twenty five pounds fifteen shillings and seven pence Curr.t money According to act of Assembly and dec.ds will when they shall arive at full age to receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c her Sealed and delivered Eliz.a Hill (seal) in the presents of mark Geo: Dashiell his M Dashiell Solomon s Hitch (seal) mark
