274 all of Somerset County in the province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto Sarah Maddox orphan of Thomas Maddox dec.d in the full and just sum of fourteen pounds two shillings and six pence Currt money to be paid unto the said Sarah Maddox her heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Comissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of Thomas Maddox dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the above said orphans the sum of seven pounds one shilling and three pence Currt money therefore if the abovesaid Bell Maddox John White and Thomas White their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay unto the abovesaid orphan the sum of seven pounds one shilling and three pence Currt money According to act of assembly and the dec.ds will when she shall arrive at full age to receive the same same &.a then the above obligation to be void and of none effect other wise to remain in full force and vertue &.a Sealed and delivered Bell Maddux (seal) in the presents of John White (seal) Th.o Williams Thomas White (seal) R: King Junr
