Bailey and William Bailey orphans of Stephen Baiely dec.d in the full and just sum of forty four pounds eight shillings Currt money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Elias Bailey Leah Baily and W.m Baily their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of of Stephen Bailey dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of twenty two pounds four shilligs Currt money if therefore the abovesaid Joseph Elliss and George Dashiell Sen.r their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of twenty ^two^ pounds four shillings Currt money according to act of assembly and the dec.ds will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a his Sealed and delivered Joseph + Elliss (seal) in the presence of heirs Henry Ballard Geo: Dashiell (seal) Sam.ll Hopkins
