271 the Commissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of David Brown Late dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the abov abovesaid orphans the sum of eighty three pounds twelve shillings and five pence Currt money if therefore the abovesaid James Anderson Woony Macclemmey and Richard Knight their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or any or either of them do and ^shall^ well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of eighty three pounds twelve shillings and five pence Currt money in equal parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &a Then the above obligation to be void of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a Sealed and delivered James Anderson (seal) in the presence of us Woney Macclemey (seal) RKing Rich.d Knight (seal) 1731 Jam.s Martin
unto the said John White heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Comissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of John White dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the abovesaid orphans |
