June Court 1738 271 Commissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Abraham Hath dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of seventeen pounds eleven shillings and one farthing Currt money if therefore the abovesaid Thomas Marshall Jeffory Long and David Dredon their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or either of them do and shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphan the af.d sum of seventeen pound eleven shillings and one farthing Currt money according to act of assembly when she shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.a then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a his Sealed and delivered Thomas N Marshall (seal) in the presence of mark Th.o Williams Jeffery Long (seal) Jn.o Scott David Dreden (seal)
