Outten Abraham Outten Obed Outten Tabitha Outten and Edith Outten orphans of John Outten dec.d in the full and just sum of two hundred and twelve pounds seven shillings and seven pence Currt money to be paid unto the said Purnall Outten Abraham Outten Obed Outten Tabitha Outten and Edith Outten their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs ^and^ adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of John Outten dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of one hundred and six pounds three shillings |
