270 and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of John Nichiolson dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the abo abovesaid orphans the sum of eight pounds two shillings and eight pence Currt money if therefore the abovesaid John Hopkins Mitchell Dashiell and Robert Collier their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or either of them do and shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphan the af.d sum of eight pounds two shillings and eight pence Currt money according to act of assembly when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same &a then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a John Hopkins (seal) Sealed and delivered N Dashiell (seal) in the presence of Rob.t Collier (seal) Geo Dashiell Sam.ll Hopkins
