270 either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of John Nicholson dec.d wherein it is found that there is balln due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of twenty four pounds eight shillings and one penny half penny Currt money if therefore the abovesaid Mitchell Dashiell Geo: Dashiell S.r and Geo: Dashiell J.r their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or any or either of them do ^and^ shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of twenty four pound eight shillings and one penny half penny Currt money in equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of no effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a Sealed and delivered A Dashiell (seal) in the presence of Geo: Dashiell (seal) Will.m Stoughton Geo Dashiell (seal) Sam.ll Hopkins
