present month of March and also pay the Costs of suit of the said Attachment from the test of the
original writt to the Condemnation of the said goods at the Rate of twenty shillings for every
hundred pounds of tobacco such Costs shall amount to except the attorneys Fee which is now
to be included in the said Costs and that after such payment the said John Williams shall
Release to the said Martin Fenton all demands to the day of ^the^ Submission af.d and the said
Martin shall at the same time release to the said John Williams all demands whatsoever to
the day of the Submission af.d given under our hands this fifteenth day of March one thousand
seven hundred thirty and six      Geo Douglas Rob.t Jenckins Henry      which award being
by the Court here seen read and heard and fully understood   Therefore it is Considered that
the afd John Williams recover against the afd Martin Fenton his damages afd by the award aforesaid
appears to Eight pounds Curr.t money of Maryland in whole Gold and Silver and Tenn pounds three
shillings                                 Curr.t money (in stead of One thousand fifteen pounds of tobo
Costs accrewed by reason of the attachment & Condemnation afd)  as also
283                     pounds of tobacco to the same John for his Costs and Charges by the Court
here of his assent and judged &c & the afd Martin in Mercy &c

Somerset ss     Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the provinces
of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c the sheriff
of Somerset County Greeting we Command you that you Attach any
the goods Chattells Rights or Credits of Thomas Gray Late of Somerset
County Merc.t if they shall be found in your bailywick to the value of seven pounds
seven shillings and eleven pence Curr.t money and thirteen hundred pounds of tobacco and
when you have the same attached or any part thereof the same in your Custody safe keep
so that you have the same before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held at
dividing Creek the third tuesday ^of^ August Next then and there to be Condemned According
to Act of assembly to and for the use of a Certain William MccClemmy unless the said
Thomas Gray by himself or his attorney shall appear and answer unto the said William
MccClemmy in a plea of trespass upon the Case &c  According to law and that by good and
Lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose
