their proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the
Lord Proprietary of the Province of Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Curr.t Money
of said Province of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and
Severally to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied

          If it happen that the said William King do not pay unto his said Lordship or his
agent and factor fifty Shillings Curr.t Money of Maryland for every Year he shall keep
such Ordinary or house of Entertainment as afd

          Likewise the said William King with the afd Capell King and Wonney Macclemmey
his Securitys afd all present herein Court in their proper persons as afd acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in forty pounds Currt money
of Maryland afd of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally
to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied   If it
Happen that the said William King do not keep good rules and orders and do suffer
Idle Loose or disorderly persons to tipple Game or Committ disorders or other Irregularities
in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the ^same^
Contrary that to the true Intent and meaning of the act of assembly in Such Case made
and provided &a

Henry Reynolds Late of Somerset County Inholder Came here into

Court in his proper person and prays that he may be admitted
to keep an Ordinary or house of Entertainment at his house at princes Ann town
at the head of Manocan in the County afd for the Use and Conveniency of the Inhabitants
Travellers & Strangers as to them respectively Shall seem meet which is by the Court here
unto him Granted he giveing good Security according to act of assembly in such Case provided
&.a   Whereupon the said Henry Reynolds with James Anderson & Richard Knight of
Somerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons
acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of the province
of Maryland in five pounds Curr.t Money of Said Province of their goods and Chattells
Lands and tennements Joyntly and Severally to the Use of his said Lordship his
