          To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court the Humble ^petition^ of Tho.s
Jones humbly Sheweth    that your petitioner is Seized in Fee in a Certain tract of Land
Called Hartford Lying upon Nanticoke point and your petitioner Imagines that the bounds of said Land
may in times prove precarious humbly prays that a Commission may be granted in order to perpetuate
the bounds of said the Land the Evidences that are able to prove the said Bounds being very ancient and your
Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever Pray &a      the petition aforesaid being read and heard and
fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd Thomas
Jones as by the petition afd is praid and that John Macclester Day Scott Thomas Winder and Samuel Fluelling
all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of
assembly in such Case made and provided &a

            Wallace humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner is Seized in Fee in a Certain tract
of Land Called Middle Sex Lying upon Nanticoke River and your petitioner being doubtfull that
the bounds of said Land may in time be Subject either to be Losts or worn out of remembrance
Your petitioner therefore humbly prays a Commission maybe Granted by your worships in order to
perpetuate the bounds of said tract of and your petitioner as in duty Bound shall ever pray &a

    The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered that a Commission
Issue to the afd John Wallace as by the petitioner afd is praid and that John Macclester Day Scott
Thomas Winder and Samuel Fluelling all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same

proper person and prays that he may be admitted to keep an ordinary
or house of Entertainment at his house in Rockawaukin in the County afd for the Use and
Conveniency of the Inhabitants travellers and Strangers as to them respectively shall
seem meet which is by the Court here unto him Granted he giving Security according to act of
assembly in such Case made and provided &.a  Whereupon the said William King with Capel
King and Wonney Macclemmey both of Somerset County planters all present herein Court in
