present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
the said Levin Denwood in two hundred and fifty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of
their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally to the Use of
the said Levin Denwood his heirs or assignes to be made and Levied   If it happen
that the said Levin Gale Esq.r do not Comply with the Law that relates to the Guardianship
afd and do not deliver up unto the said Levin Denwood his heirs Executors
administrators or assigns all his Estate both real and personall (that he shall
take and have in his hands and possession) peaceably and quietly whenever the
same should be Legally required &a

          To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now
sitting        The humble petition of Stephen Horsey Humbly Sheweth
Whereas your petitioner is possest of a parcell of Land Lying in Revells
Neck in the County aforesaid in his Own Right Called Hannahs delight the bounds
of which is Precarious and like to become absolete if not timely perpetuated
which reasons your petitioner prays that a Commission may Issue agreeable to
act of assembly in Such Cases provided to Impower Commissioners and to Examine
Wittnesses touching their knowledge of the Bounds of the Land above mentioned &
also the bounds of any Other Lands on which the said Parcell of Land Called
Hannahs delight may have any dependance or relation too and your petitioner as
in duty bound shall pray

The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had  Wherefore it is Considered that A Commission Issue to the afd Stephen
Horsey as by the petition afd is praid and that John Elzey Nicholas Fountain Samuel
Wilson and John Waters all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same
Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a


    George Bowen a poor afflicted person being not able to Labour whereby to
gett a living is by the Court here adjudged tax free for the future and allowed one
pound of tobo or one penny p you &a
